Job description:-

• Manage team of Service Technicians
• One point of contact to the client.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Co-ordinate with clients to understand the needs
• Preparing QUOTATIONS, Invoices and Follow payments.
• Schedule the work to the team on daily basis.
• Prepare and send daily report.
• Prepare AMC reports, Schedule AMC work with clients.
• Respond to the Customers needs and concerns
• Provide accurate information to the Customers regarding various products(Fire Extinguisher) and services
• Making sure to attain optimum Customer Satisfaction

Key Skills
Good Command in Microsoft Excel , Word & Power Point Presentation. Good Communication Skills, Proficiency in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
