Job Description

As an HR cum Administrator for a textile industry, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - **Recruitment and Hiring:** - Developing and implementing recruitment strategies. - Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process. - **Employee Relations:** - Addressing employee concerns and resolving disputes. - Fostering a positive work environment. - **Training and Development:** - Designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills. - **Performance Management:** - Implementing performance appraisal systems. - Providing feedback to employees and identifying areas for improvement. - **Compensation and Benefits:** - Administering salary and benefits packages. - Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. - **HR Compliance:** - Ensuring all HR practices are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. - **HR Strategy:** - Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. - **Employee Engagement:** - Implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for: - **Organizational Development:** Assisting with organizational structure and planning. - **Succession Planning:** Developing plans for managing the transition of key positions. - **Employee Database Management:** Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records. - **Creating a Safe Work Environment:** Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. - **Managing Employee Benefits:** Administering and managing employee benefit programs, including insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. This is a full-time position with day shift timings from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM. You will be eligible for a yearly bonus. The work location is in person.
