Position Overview:
As the Office Administration cum Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth office operations while spearheading marketing efforts to enhance our brand visibility and market share. This position reports directly to the Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Administration:
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
- Coordinate and oversee administrative procedures and systems, such as filing, record keeping, and scheduling.
- Ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained and procured as necessary.
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Handle communication channels (e.g., email, phone calls) and ensure prompt responses to inquiries.
2. Marketing Management:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
3. Business Development:
- Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships.
- Cultivate relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Support sales activities by providing necessary marketing materials and support.
4. Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to export-import activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to shipments, contracts, and transactions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
