Admin Assistant

As an Admin Assistant at Ethamozhy Coir Cluster Pvt Ltd, you will be a vital part of our team as you maintain accurate financial records, assist with month-end close processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Your role will involve keeping files and records organized, managing office supplies, ensuring workplace cleanliness and safety, coordinating repairs and maintenance, assisting the production team, liaising with vendors, tracking contracts and licenses, addressing staff needs, maintaining attendance records, and preparing reports for management. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field, although equivalent experience will also be considered. While 0-2 years of experience in an admin or finance-related role is preferred, freshers are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally or QuickBooks, as well as MS Excel, is required. A strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. Having basic knowledge of tax regulations, proficiency in Tally ERP9, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are advantageous.
