CRM & Data Management: Update and maintain accurate customer records and generate reports. Sales Team Support: Assist with report generation, order confirmations, and production coordination. Customer Communication: Handle inquiries and support OEM-related customer service. Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels and align with internal departments. Reporting: Prepare actionable reports from CRM/ERP to support business decisions.
