Admin Assistant (6 months contract)

Job description

• Reporting date (approx): Immediate
• Qualification: Graduate
• Fresher/Experience: Between 0 - 1 year (in an admin assistant role)

• Skills:
• Excellent command over the English language
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job description:

• Vendor coordination
• Manage email correspondence with subscribers
• Manage subscriber databases
• Create and manage Google forms
• Maintain content database
• Maintain image database
• Maintain archives of magazine issues/copies
• Upload and publish content on the mobile app through CMS
• Arrange inputs for conferences
• Post digital promos on WhatsApp groups
• Generate weekly work reports
• Manage archives of documents
• Generate reports on digital marketing activities
• Dispatch print copies to subscribers
• Dispatch prizes to contest winners
• Compile responses of contests and quizzes
