Our team builds high-converting Shopify and WordPress stores for international clients. About This Role: This role involves coordinating between clients and our internal team, managing communications, and ensuring smooth delivery of projects. You’ll talk to clients daily through our chat based channel, provide support, pass on revisions, and ensure timely project completion. Responsibilities: Communicate with clients about their ongoing orders and answer queries promptly. Provide after-delivery support to clients (basic guidance, FAQs, etc.). Forward client feedback and revision requests to the internal team. Ensure team submissions are delivered back to the client correctly and on time. Follow up with both clients and internal departments for smooth coordination. Maintain Excel/Google Sheets for order tracking and status updates. Handle small admin or communication-based tasks during the day.
