AdCounty - Technical Lead - Node.js/Python

Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead who can drive the development of high-performance, scalable products while contributing hands-on to coding, architecture, and system design. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building, leading, and solving complex technical challenges in a fast-paced :- Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.

• Lead end-to-end product development from design to deployment.
• Work as both a strong individual contributor and a mentor within a small, agile engineering team.
• Architect scalable, robust, and secure backend & frontend systems.
• Drive and participate in :
• System design & architecture decisions
• Algorithmic analysis and performance optimization
• Database modeling and API design
• Own deployment pipelines and ensure smooth, reliable production releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into technical execution plans.
• Conduct code reviews, uphold coding standards, and ensure engineering excellence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
  

Required Technical Skills

- Experience with :- Strong working knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases.

• Strong expertise in Node.js and/or Python.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript and React.js.
• Knowledge of Go (Golang) is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of :
• Data Structures & Algorithms
• System Design
• Distributed systems
• Microservices architecture
• Docker, Kubernetes, or similar orchestration tools
• CI/CD pipelines
• Cloud platforms such as AWS / GCP / Azure
