The Ad Sales Technology Specialist position at Culver Max Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. With over 12 years of experience, the candidate will be instrumental in driving the company's digital transformation initiatives by utilizing advanced technologies such as Generative AI (GenAI), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and automation. This role will be crucial in leveraging data for informed decision-making processes. The candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. They should have at least 5 years of experience in data analytics, AdSales technology, and digital innovation within the entertainment industry. Proficiency in SalesForce technologies, especially Vlocity/SalesForce Industries for AdSales, as well as extensive experience with AWS datalake and related data management tools, is required. A strong understanding of GenAI, AI, and automation technologies and their application in data analytics is essential. Preferred skills include experience in the entertainment and broadcast industry, familiarity with data visualization tools, knowledge of advanced analytics platforms and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and certifications in SalesForce, AWS, or other relevant technologies. The position is based in Mumbai and requires full-time work from the office. The Ad Sales Technology Specialist will report to the Head of the Enterprise Technology Group and will be responsible for various key tasks related to data analytics, AdSales innovation, technology leadership, AdSales technology management, data management, and integration. The candidate should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to lead and inspire teams.
