The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in advertising sales, affiliate marketing, or digital media. Strong negotiation and communication skills with a sales-driven mindset are crucial. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is required, along with an understanding of CPL, CPA, CPC, and CPM advertising models. The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and think creatively is a key attribute we are looking for.
