Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and results-oriented Ad Campaign Sales Closer to handle sales conversions entirely through calls. The role involves engaging with interested prospects, resolving objections, and closing deals quickly and effectively without relying on field visits or long email threads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle qualified leads and warm prospects through outbound and follow-up calls.
• Clearly communicate the benefits of Google Ads and guide clients toward suitable packages.
• Manage objections and close sales during live phone conversations.
• Share proposals, confirm payments, and coordinate with internal teams for onboarding.
• Update CRM with call details, deal status, and conversion timelines.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly closing targets.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in voice-based sales or closing roles, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to explain campaign value and pricing in a clear, confident manner.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads is preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales documentation.
