Activity Teacher

Required Professional Qualifications:

Candidate must possess one or more of the following:

• NTT (Nursery Teacher Training)
• ECCE (Early Childhood Care & Education)
• B.Ed. (preferably with experience in activity-based learning)
• BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts)
• Diploma in Art & Craft or equivalent certification

Skills & Competency Requirements:

• Excellent proficiency in Art & Craft – must be highly creative and hands-on with materials
• Strong understanding of child-centric activity planning
• Tech-savvy – ability to create digital presentations, design displays, maintain documentation, and use basic software (PowerPoint, Canva, Word, etc.)
• Must own a personal laptop for work-related planning and execution
• Comfortable using tech tools for documentation, display planning, and communication
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Role Requirements:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Planning and conducting engaging art & craft activities aligned with the curriculum
• Designing and preparing creative displays for classrooms, corridors, and event setups
• Contributing actively to the execution of school celebrations and events through:
• Thematic decoration
• Art-based props and materials
• Student participation planning (costumes, stage displays, etc.)
• Supporting teachers during festivals, annual functions, assemblies, and classroom events
• Documenting and maintaining records of activities, events, and student art portfolios

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
