Acquisition Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven and analytical Acquisition Marketing Manager to lead our paid performance campaigns across Google, Meta, and Affiliate channels. You'll play a key role in driving new user acquisition, optimising CAC/ROAS, and scaling campaigns with a data-first approach. An ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in B2C businesses, with a strong grasp of digital ad platforms and a passion for testing, scaling, and delivering ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimise

  paid acquisition campaigns

  across

  Google Ads

  (Search, Display, YouTube) and

  Meta Ads

  (Facebook & Instagram).
• Own performance metrics such as

  CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and CPI

  , ensuring continuous improvement.
• Conduct thorough

  A/B testing

  on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing

  ad creatives

  and copy.
• Perform in-depth

  performance analysis

  and create reports to track key KPIs.
• Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and campaign formats to scale user acquisition.
  
• Work closely with analytics and product teams to align campaigns with business goals and user journeys.
  
• Manage budgets, forecast spend, and ensure efficient allocation across channels and campaigns.
