About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven and analytical Acquisition Marketing Manager to lead our paid performance campaigns across Google, Meta, and Affiliate channels. You'll play a key role in driving new user acquisition, optimising CAC/ROAS, and scaling campaigns with a data-first approach. An ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in B2C businesses, with a strong grasp of digital ad platforms and a passion for testing, scaling, and delivering ROI. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Own performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and CPI , ensuring continuous improvement. Conduct thorough A/B testing on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy. Perform in-depth performance analysis and create reports to track key KPIs. Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and campaign formats to scale user acquisition. Work closely with analytics and product teams to align campaigns with business goals and user journeys. Manage budgets, forecast spend, and ensure efficient allocation across channels and campaigns.
