Role & Responsibilities Develop and manage B2B sales for solar products like inverters , lithium batteries , and solar energy solutions in the assigned territory. This is a target-based job, and the incentives has no upper cap. Identify new business opportunities and actively engage with potential customers including industries , commercial establishments , and corporates . Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct site visits and product demonstrations to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solar solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners , distributors , and installers . Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in the solar energy space. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate deals, and close orders in a timely manner. Regular reporting on sales pipeline, client interactions, and market intelligence to management. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience : 1 to 5 years in B2B/Enterprise Sales, preferably in the solar or energy sector . Education : Any Graduate / Postgraduate. Strong knowledge and experience in selling solar inverters , solar batteries , or lithium batteries is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English . Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and handle field sales in the assigned regions. Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Ghaziabad , Noida , or Delhi NCR preferred.
