We are seeking a motivated and curious AI/ML Trainee Developer to join our team. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The trainee will work under the guidance of senior developers and project leads to learn, design, and implement AI/ML solutions that solve real-world problems across diverse domains such as healthcare, logistics, SaaS platforms, and enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design, development, and testing of AI/ML models for various projects. Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering to prepare datasets for training. Explore and apply standard ML algorithms (classification, regression, clustering, anomaly detection, NLP, etc.). Work with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and NLP libraries to build prototypes and proof-of-concepts. Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate ML models into production systems (APIs, web apps, or mobile apps). Conduct literature reviews and explore state-of-the-art AI techniques to suggest innovative solutions. Assist in evaluation and performance tuning of ML models. Document research findings, experiments, and results for knowledge sharing within the team. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. Strong foundation in Python programming . Basic knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and statistics. Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques . Familiarity with SQL and databases for handling datasets. Exposure to ML libraries/frameworks like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn (hands-on projects a plus). Good communication skills and eagerness to learn and adapt quickly . Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch/Keras). Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI/ML deployment. Experience with version control (Git) and working in collaborative environments. Exposure to LangChain, RAG, or LLMs (bonus if familiar). Personal Attributes Strong analytical mindset with a passion for AI/ML research and experimentation .
