AI/ML Trainee Developer

We are seeking a motivated and curious AI/ML Trainee Developer to join our team. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The trainee will work under the guidance of senior developers and project leads to learn, design, and implement AI/ML solutions that solve real-world problems across diverse domains such as healthcare, logistics, SaaS platforms, and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of AI/ML models for various projects.
• Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering to prepare datasets for training.
• Explore and apply standard ML algorithms (classification, regression, clustering, anomaly detection, NLP, etc.).
• Work with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and NLP libraries to build prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate ML models into production systems (APIs, web apps, or mobile apps).
• Conduct literature reviews and explore state-of-the-art AI techniques to suggest innovative solutions.
• Assist in evaluation and performance tuning of ML models.
• Document research findings, experiments, and results for knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong foundation in Python programming.
• Basic knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and statistics.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques.
• Familiarity with SQL and databases for handling datasets.
• Exposure to ML libraries/frameworks like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn (hands-on projects a plus).
• Good communication skills and eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch/Keras).
• Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI/ML deployment.
• Experience with version control (Git) and working in collaborative environments.
• Exposure to LangChain, RAG, or LLMs (bonus if familiar).

Pay: ₹15,321.56 - ₹50,004.38 per month
