Meetings with parents regarding any school related issues. Guiding/updating newer changes in CBSE Norms. B) Leadership Responsibilities: Conducting workshops for staff professional development. Smooth functioning of official and administrative matters. Induction program for new teachers. Annual appraisal and review of Teachers, Coordinator and Asst. Coordinator Checking the content of question-papers for all Assessments. Preparing budget Performing Annual appraisal for teachers, Coordinators and assistant Coordinators Selection of Prefectural board. Preparing teacher requirement projection, conducting preliminary interview and demo sessions for new recruits.
