Provide detailed guidance on document preparation and visa applications. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, rules, and changes in visa regulations. Coordinate with clients, embassies, consulates, and internal teams to ensure smooth application flow. Follow up with clients to ensure timely submission of documents and fee payments. Prepare clients for visa interviews (if applicable). Maintain records of client interactions, applications, and documentation using CRM tools. Meet monthly targets for conversions, consultations, and application submissions. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred: International Relations, Law, or related). 1–3 years of experience in immigration consulting, visa counseling, or a similar role. Strong understanding of visa processes for countries like Canada, Australia, UK, USA, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Customer-focused with the ability to handle queries professionally and empathetically. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. Preferred Qualifications:Certification in immigration consultancy (if applicable). Experience handling Permanent Residency (PR), Express Entry, PNPs, or skilled migration cases. Assess the eligibility of clients based on their profile, qualifications, and immigration requirements. Provide accurate information about visa procedures, documentation requirements, processing timelines, and fees. Guide clients in preparing and reviewing required documents before submission. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and policy changes across countries (Canada, Australia, UK, USA, etc.). The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about immigration programs (e.g., Canada, Australia, UK, USA, etc.), assessing eligibility, and setting up appointments for visa consultations. This is a target-driven role ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of immigration processes. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients interested in immigration. Explain immigration services and available visa programs based on client needs. Understand basic eligibility criteria for countries like Canada, Australia, UK, etc. Schedule appointments for visa counselors or consultants. Follow up with leads and maintain a strong lead conversion rate. Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems regularly. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets. Handle client queries over the phone professionally and escalate complex queries when needed. Provide accurate and complete information using the right methods/tools. Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate in any field.
