Position Summary

Arcraft Infotech is seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Trainer to deliver professional training in Tally, GST, SAP FICO, SAP MM, and Foreign Accounting (FA). The trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for students and professionals, ensuring they gain both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise to meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and online training sessions in Tally, GST, SAP FICO, SAP MM, and FA.
• Prepare and deliver training modules, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
• Provide practical, real-time case studies and simulations for better learning outcomes.
• Assess learners’ performance through assignments, tests, and project work.
• Guide students in problem-solving and clarify subject-related queries.
• Stay updated with the latest industry practices, accounting standards, and software updates.
• Assist in designing/updating training curriculum to align with market requirements.
• Mentor and support learners in preparing for careers in accounting and ERP domains.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certifications/experience in Tally, SAP FICO, SAP MM, and GST are highly desirable.
• Fresher's/ of professional/teaching experience in accounting, taxation, or ERP systems.
• Strong command over Financial Accounting principles and practical applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to engage and train learners of varying skill levels.
