Accounts Receivable Analyst

You will be responsible for managing and monitoring accounts receivable for commercial insurance accounts. This includes generating and sending invoices, premium bills, and statements to clients and brokers. In addition, you will need to follow up on outstanding receivables and initiate the collections process when necessary. One of your key tasks will be to review insurance policies and endorsements to ensure accurate premium billing. You will also be required to prepare aging reports and accounts receivable summaries for internal financial reporting purposes. Collaboration with internal departments will be essential to ensure accurate account setup and data entry. Furthermore, you will need to assist in month-end and year-end close processes as they relate to receivables.
