Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist II

As a candidate for this position, you will be required to have a strong ability to obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of accounting, controls, financial reporting, and general ledger structure. Additionally, possessing strong financial modeling and analytical skills will be crucial for success in this role. You should also have a strong knowledge of General Accounting, including compliance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring travel and expense claims comply with company policies and regulations - Preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with departments to improve controls - Having experience in T&E management and compliance will be considered a plus - Demonstrating strong analytical skills and attention to detail It is important that you are flexible with shifts and have proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
