Job Description

Shift : IST 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (sometimes flexible) Location : Work from Home in India Position Summary AP Process Associate is responsible for entry of invoices for goods and services purchased by the organization. This role also serves as an auditor, ensuring that invoices are accurate and that proper accounting procedures are followed for the purchasing and payment of goods and services. Key Responsibilities Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions for the invoices and releasing the invoices for Payment. Articulate and demonstrate basic Accounts payable process concepts 3-way match, PO, NON PO. Review and validate basic essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc. Maintain a tracker of the exceptions, ensure Invoices / queries are balanced and for knowledge retention. Provide data and root cause analysis to support continuous process improvement Enforce the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities. Key Accountabilities AP Process Associate will partner with procurement, business professionals Finance Area and Audit to support continuous improvement Expected Skills Graduate, having relevant experience. Experience working in payments and vendor administration. Oracle knowledge would be a plus for ERP Experience This position is expected to have the following skills: Working with people: build relationships at all levels and proactively communicate with employees and managers Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative team environment and in developing staff Proficient written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities with a keen attention to detail Highly self-motivated and directed; ability to prioritize tasks for self and for team Must have a strong customer service background Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong working knowledge of advanced Excel functions Continuous improvement attitude: ability to seek out opportunities to implement best practices
