Accounts Payable Associate

As an experienced professional with 12 years of experience in Zoho Books, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Manage and record transactions in Zoho Books accurately and timely - Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts - Perform vendor reconciliation, resolve discrepancies, and maintain ageing reports - Coordinate with vendors for timely documentation, clarifications, and follow-ups - Support month-end and year-end closing activities and assist during audits - Generate AP reports and provide insights for cash flow planning To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance / Accounting) or equivalent degree - Proficiency in Zoho Books, MS Excel, and basic accounting systems - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management - Excellent communication and vendor coordination skills Additionally, experience in a service-based or SME environment would be preferred.
