Your role will involve handling purchase orders to ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial documents. You should have expertise in vendor management practices, maintaining positive relationships, and efficiently resolving disputes. Strong reconciliation skills are essential to guarantee accuracy in financial reporting and vendor accounts. Proficiency in financial reporting will be required to support monthly and yearly financial close processes. Excellent communication skills are a must to collaborate effectively with team members and external vendors. Your responsibilities will include verifying discrepancies and resolving vendor billing issues to uphold positive vendor relationships. You will also assist in monthly closing activities and work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial analysis.,
