*Job Title:* Accounts MIS Executive

*Job Summary:*

We're looking for an experienced Accounts MIS Executive to join our team at Shankesh Jewellers Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the accounting management information system, generating reports, and providing insights to support business decisions.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *MIS Reporting*: Generate and maintain regular MIS reports, including sales, inventory, and financial reports.

2. *Data Analysis*: Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions.

3. *System Maintenance*: Maintain and troubleshoot the accounting MIS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

4. *Financial Planning*: Assist in financial planning and budgeting, providing inputs for forecasting and variance analysis.

5. *Process Improvement*: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

6. *Collaboration*: Work closely with various departments, including finance, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of MIS data.

7. *Ad-hoc Reporting*: Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management, providing timely and accurate information.

*Requirements:*

1. *Qualifications*: CA/ICWA/M.Com/MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

2. *Experience*: 2-5 years of experience in accounting MIS, preferably in the jewelry industry.

3. *Software*: Proficiency in accounting software, such as Tally, and MIS tools.

4. *Analytical Skills*: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. *Communication*: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
