Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & MIS Executive to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting entries, MIS reporting, and basic compliance support.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Book-keeping

• Recording sales, purchase, and expense vouchers
• Passing journal entries in accounting software (Tally Prime)
• Maintaining ledger accounts and supporting documentation
• Follow-up for pending bills, invoices, and records

MIS & Reporting

• Assisting in preparation of MIS reports
• Data compilation and analysis using MS Excel
• Supporting month-end and periodic closing activities

Compliance Support

• Assisting in GST data preparation (sales, purchases, returns support)
• Basic support in TDS workings and documentation
• Coordination with seniors/consultants for statutory filings

Coordination & Other Tasks

• Supporting seniors and finance managers in daily activities
• Handling audit-related queries and documentation
• Performing other routine finance and accounts-related work

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com graduate
• 1–2 years of experience in accounts and MIS
• Good working knowledge of Tally Prime
• Strong command over MS Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
