Accounts Manager- Payable

You will be responsible for various financial and accounting tasks at our company, including but not limited to: - Prepare and share fund status reports for the Maple Group - Manage intercompany fund transfers across Maple, Easyozy, and Refurbedge - Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and supporting schedules on a monthly basis - Process salaries, including full & final (FNF) settlements, and record salary entries in Business Central ERP - Compile and report credit card transaction details for MD's account - Oversee vendor reconciliation tasks and provide guidance to junior staff - Coordinate with HR consultants on compliance and legal matters - Prepare and submit banking documentation such as signatory updates - Manage banking queries and modifications - Manage top-up and commission for all subsidiaries - Support team members with financial queries and provide financial data and reports to HODs as required - Perform additional finance and admin tasks as assigned by the HOD Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field - 3+ years of experience in finance/accounts operations - Proficiency in financial tools and ERP systems (e.g., Business Central) - Strong Excel and reporting skills - Good understanding of financial compliance and statutory requirements - Excellent coordination, communication, and time-management skills This is a full-time position in the Retail industry, with benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
