Accounts & Inventory Executive - Factory

As an experienced Plant Accountant at NAVVYASA CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED, you will be responsible for managing accounting, cost control, and inventory-related activities at the manufacturing unit. Your role will involve utilizing strong knowledge of plant-level accounting, cost analysis, and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily accounting entries related to production, consumption, and inventory. - Calculate and evaluate standard costs; analyze and report variances. - Monitor raw material issuance and finished goods movement. - Coordinate with store and production teams for timely data reconciliation. - Prepare reports on wastage, rejections, and material variances. - Maintain cost records related to production and job work. - Support monthly closing activities and coordinate with the central finance team. - Ensure compliance with internal controls and standard accounting practices. - Handle vendor bills, plant expenses, and petty cash. - Conduct periodic physical verification of inventory and fixed assets. - Prepare plant-level MIS and management reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: - B.Com or equivalent degree. - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in plant/shopfloor accounting within a manufacturing setup. - Knowledge of cost accounting and inventory control. - Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and reporting skills. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.,
