Job title: Accounts Intern

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.

· Perform bank, vendor, and inter-company reconciliations on a regular basis.

· Review and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

· Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) within due timelines.

· Handle TDS computation, deduction, payment, and return filing (24Q, 26Q).

· Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and internal controls.

· Assist in audits (statutory, internal, and tax audits) and coordinate with auditors.

· Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for optimization.

· Prepare and present MIS reports, variance analyses, and other analytical insights.

· Liaise with banks, vendors, and statutory authorities as required.

Job type: Full-time, Internship.

Length: 6 months.

Pay: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month.

Working hours: 09:30am - 06:30pm (Work from Office role).

Working days: Mon - Sat (3rd Saturdays off).

Experience: 6 months - 1 year.

Location: Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate.
