Job : Accounts Executive

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days

Role & responsibilities

Validating purchase requisition, purchase order along with invoices and concern approvals and making necessary entries in the books of accounts.
Processing invoicing on due course and making the payment as per the arranged terms.
Completing purchase, journal entry, credit notes if any on daily/routine basis and ensure the completing on financial transaction on day-to-day basis
Creditors reconciliation based on the Creditors statements pass necessary entries if any and ensuring the accounts are in line with creditors confirmations.
Year-end confirmation of balance to be collected from the creditors and necessary yearend accounts payable statement to be prepared.
Preparation of account payable statement on a routine and periodic basis
Preparation of cash out flow statement on the accounts payable Maintaining the bills receivable and creditors documents in a systematic manner
Preparation of GST input credits
Deduct the appropriate TDS based on the nature of the tractions.
Responsible for TDS payments and returns on due course.
