Job Description

Location:

Role Overview

Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally/ERP system, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor invoices, and timely follow-ups.
Prepare GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and other statutory filings within deadlines.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and inter-company transactions.
Support monthly/quarterly/year-end closing and assist in financial reporting.
Handle payroll processing in coordination with HR.
Prepare MIS reports for management review.
Liaise with auditors, consultants, and statutory bodies as required.
Ensure adherence to company financial policies, internal controls, and compliance protocols.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance
in India.
Proficiency in
Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems
.
Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.
Good communication and vendor/client handling ability.
Ability to work under tight deadlines with high accuracy.
Integrity, confidentiality, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or higher; preference for candidates with CA Inter/MBA (Finance).
2–4 years of relevant experience in corporate accounts & finance.
Experience in handling GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory audits.
