"Accounts Executive"

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Prepare and verify financial documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and expense vouchers.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filing.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for payment processing and account reconciliation.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Maintain and update financial records in accounting systems (e.g., Tally ERP, MS Excel).
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor cash flows and report on variances.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting tools.
• Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
