Duties & Responsibilities:

Record and maintain daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, etc.).
Assist in preparing and maintaining ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents for accuracy.
Assist in preparing GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns (if applicable).
Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for accounting-related queries.
Assist senior accountants in audits, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
