Accounts Executive

As an Accounts Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing various accounting tasks, dispatch documentation, and logistics coordination. Your attention to detail and familiarity with Tally ERP will be essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Accounting & Tally:** - Maintain accurate daily accounting records using Tally ERP. - Prepare and post journal entries, purchase and sales entries, and conduct bank reconciliations. - Generate GST invoices and support monthly GST filings. - Create reports concerning stock, profit & loss, and ledgers. - Assist in audits and ensure compliance with regulations. - **Dispatch & Logistics:** - Collaborate with the warehouse/production team to schedule dispatch activities. - Generate e-way bills and dispatch challans for shipments. - Communicate with transporters/courier companies to guarantee timely deliveries. - Keep dispatch records updated and enter tracking details into the system. - Ensure proper packaging and accurate documentation according to customer specifications. - Address customer queries regarding dispatch and promptly resolve any issues.
