Job Description

As an Accounts Executive at our company, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring seamless dispatch and logistics operations. Your main responsibilities will include: - Maintaining daily accounting records using Tally ERP system. - Creating and posting journal entries, purchase and sales entries, and conducting bank reconciliations. - Generating GST invoices and supporting monthly GST filings. - Preparing various reports related to stock, profit & loss, and ledgers. - Assisting in audits and compliance procedures as needed. In terms of dispatch and logistics coordination, you will be responsible for: - Collaborating with the warehouse/production team to schedule dispatch activities. - Generating e-way bills and dispatch challans for shipments. - Communicating with transporters and courier companies to ensure timely delivery. - Updating tracking details in the system and maintaining dispatch records. - Ensuring proper packaging and documentation according to customer specifications. - Addressing customer queries related to dispatch and resolving any issues promptly. Additionally, our company offers health insurance benefits for this full-time position with fixed shift schedules. The work location is in person to facilitate efficient coordination and communication among team members.,
