About the Role:

Accounts Executive

Desired applicant profile

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

  or equivalent qualification.
• 25 years of experience in

  construction / infrastructure accounting

  .
• Proficiency in

  Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite

  (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of

  GST, TDS, and construction project accounting

  .
• Excellent

  Excel and reporting skills

  .
• Ability to work independently and support

  multiple project sites

  .

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounts in

  Zoho Books

  (entries, reconciliations, reports).
• Handle

  vendor bills, client invoices, site expenses, and payroll support

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  GST, TDS, PF/ESI

  and assist in statutory filings.
• Track

  project-wise expenses and revenues

  , ensuring cost control.
• Prepare

  MIS reports, cash flow statements, and project cost summaries

  .
• Manage

  accounts payable & receivable

  , including subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct

  bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations

  .
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants during audits.
  
• Maintain documentation of contracts, work orders, and financial records.
