Job Description

Role & responsibilities

ob Summary:

Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including vendor invoice verification, processing payments, and maintaining vendor records.
Support General Ledger (GL) activities such as journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required by the management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and support audits.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in finance operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and finance processes.
Knowledge of Tally, SAP, Oracle, or other accounting software is a plus.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Learning Opportunities:
