Job Description

Urgent requirement for Accounts Executive for Healthcare service providing company

Location: Sakinaka, Mumbai

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure the financial health of our projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records, oversee day-to-day accounting tasks, and ensure data integrity.
  • Invoicing and Billing: Prepare and manage invoices, ensure timely collections, and coordinate with clients on outstanding payments.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in accounts.
  • Payroll Management: Process payroll transactions and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns, TDS calculations, and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate periodic financial reports (e.g., profit & loss statements, balance sheets) and assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Audit Support: Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations for entries.
  • Expense Management: Monitor and control project expenses, perform budget analysis, and report variances to management.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor payments and maintain vendor records.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the construction or healthcare industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Office (Excel, Word), and accounting software.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
