Job Description

Position : Accounts Executive Salary : 18000 - 25000 per month Location : Salem Preferred : Logistics, Freight Forwarding or Related Field Skills : Email Writing, Basic English Communication, System Knowledge Yearly Bonus will be provided Employment Type: Full Time Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day books of accounts including data entry, accounts payable/receivable, and ledger management. Generate customer and vendor invoices related to import/export shipments (Air and Ocean). Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and vendor ledgers. Track shipment-related expenses, profit margins, and prepare job cost reports. Coordinate with the operations team for timely billing and accurate documentation. Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and update the receivables aging report. Assist in monthly/quarterly GST filings and TDS compliance. Support internal audits and external statutory audits. Maintain documentation for all financial transactions as per company policy. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
