Accounts Executive / Finance Executive

Qualification & Experience

• B.Com / MBA / CA Inter
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Experience in an accounting firm will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
• Handle sales billing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain records of payables, receivables, payroll, purchase orders, and expenditure.
• Conduct vendor and customer reconciliations, verifying entries and system-generated reports.
• Ensure timely collections, follow up on overdue payments, and share ageing MIS reports with business teams.
• Maintain an invoice tracker and historical data for budgeting and cash flow management.
• Prepare and review monthly MIS reports and Trial Balance (TB) for accurate and timely book closure.
• Ensure correct accounting for prepaid, accrued, CapEx, and OpEx items with proper schedules.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including audit readiness and documentation.
• Perform TDS & GST reconciliations, filings, and compliance reporting.
• Prepare and manage documentation for banking, vendor empanelment, and customer onboarding.
• Process and upload payments on banking and digital platforms.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide data for internal and external audit requirements.
• Maintain strong vendor and customer relationships for timely resolution of reconciliation or payment issues.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, TDS, GST, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally (mandatory).
• Excellent skills in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and time management.
• Integrity, accountability, and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimisation.

Pay: ₹10,422.12 - ₹33,642.03 per month
