Job Description

Sky Ocean Logistics is a leading international freight forwarding and logistics company providing complete air, sea, and land transport solutions. We are expanding our finance team and seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage vendor bills, purchase entries, and payment processing with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and record vendor invoices, payments, and receipts
Maintain AP/AR, general ledger entries, and daily bookkeeping.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
Assist in monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and audits.
Ensure compliance with GST/VAT, TDS, and maintain accurate financial documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of accounting experience (shipping/logistics industry preferred)
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication, time management, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Knowledge of statutory compliance including GST/VAT, TDS, and financial reporting standards is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
