We are seeking a skilled Accounts Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Tally and a clear understanding of GST processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and manage accounting entries using Tally (minimum 1+ years of experience required).
Assist with GST compliance, including gathering invoices, tax records, and coordinating with CA for return filing.
Ensure timely compliance with PF and GST filing requirements.
Collect and verify documentation from new vendors before processing payments:
Essential: GST certificate, PAN, cancelled cheque or bank details.
Additional: Service agreements, NDAs, or past project references as applicable.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Tally software is a must.
Minimum 1+ years of accounting experience.
Understanding of GST return processes and basic tax documentation.
Familiarity with statutory compliance requirements like PF and GST.
Strong attention to detail and solid documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
