Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Bhilai, Chhattisgarh

Position Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive who can support day-to-day accounting functions, assist in GST/TDS filings, and coordinate with the CA team for timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in Tally ERP, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, voucher entries, and ledger maintenance in Tally ERP.

· Assist in preparing and filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

· Reconcile bank statements and maintain accuracy in all financial records.

· Support the CA and Senior Accountant during audits and financial reviews.

· Manage accounts receivable/payable documentation and follow-up activities.

· Ensure compliance with company accounting processes and statutory norms.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: B. Com / M. Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.

Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience with practical knowledge of GST and TDS.

Essential Skills:

· Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.

· Strong understanding of accounting concepts and Indian taxation.

· Good communication and organizational skills.

· Must be a resident of Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.

Compensation

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and capability)
