Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience and be responsible for general accounting, GST, TDS, taxation, compliance, banking, vendors payment, billing, and other related tasks.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and accounts.
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including GST and TDS.
Coordinate with auditors and respond to audit queries.
Maintain and update accounting software and systems.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely payment to vendors.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com).
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GST, TDS, and taxation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
