Accounts Executive – AP/AR (SAP)

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in SAP (FICO module) to handle end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. The role involves invoice processing, vendor/customer reconciliations, payments, collections, and supporting statutory compliance & month-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Process vendor invoices in SAP (MIRO, FB60).
• Execute vendor payments (F-53, F110).
• Maintain vendor master data and ensure accuracy.
• Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, and other statutory requirements.

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Process customer invoices, receipts, and credit/debit notes (FB70, F-28, F-32).
• Monitor outstanding receivables and perform dunning activities.
• Reconcile customer accounts and follow up for collections.
• Support sales team with AR-related queries.

General:

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing (GR/IR clearing, open items management).
• Prepare AP/AR reports and share with management.
• Support internal and statutory audits with SAP reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, sales, treasury) for smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting.
• 1–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Receivable using SAP FICO.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (basic journal entries, debit/credit, reconciliations).
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in SAP FI transactions related to AP/AR.
• Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.
