Accounts Executive

As an Account Executive at our company located in Hennur, Bangalore, you will be responsible for various financial tasks to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions. Your primary duties will include processing financial transactions, preparing and issuing invoices, reconciling bank statements, managing expenses, assisting in financial reporting, supporting audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations, as well as handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the finance team. Your responsibilities will involve processing and recording financial transactions accurately and in line with established procedures. You will be tasked with preparing and sending out invoices to customers promptly and accurately. Additionally, you will reconcile bank statements and other financial records to verify the accuracy and completeness of financial data. Managing employee expense reports and ensuring adherence to company policies will also be part of your role. You will play a key role in assisting with the preparation of financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Furthermore, you will provide necessary support during internal and external audits by preparing documentation and addressing inquiries as required. To be successful in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within a corporate setting, is required. Strong attention to detail, knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential for this position.
