Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable)

As a Finance and Accounting Professional at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing funds outflow, vendors ageing, missed and overdue amounts by ensuring proper and timely reconciliation of accounts. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting bank reconciliations on a timely basis - Communicating discrepancies to the FP&A Head, identifying advances to vendors, and recommending arrangements for invoices - Ensuring timely submission of reports - Participating in monthly performance reviews In addition to the above roles and responsibilities, you should possess the following job-specific skills: - Strong knowledge of advanced Excel and Microsoft Office - Familiarity with ERP software such as Oracle, SAP, and Business Dynamics - Good accounting knowledge To qualify for this position, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university - Minimum of 3 years" experience as a finance and accounting professional - Previous working experience in the manufacturing industry If you are looking to join a dynamic team and contribute your expertise to our company, please share your resume at kanika@o3plus.com.
