Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Maintaining financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
Reconciling bank statements and other financial records.
Preparing financial statements and reports.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Administrative Support:
Managing office operations and procedures.
Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Assisting with travel arrangements.
Key Skills :
Accounting: Knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
Software Proficiency: Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized records.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail for accuracy in financial record-keeping and administrative tasks.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues independently and proactively.
