Accounts Assistant

Job Summary

The Accountant will assist in the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll support, expense tracking, and financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone who is beginning their accounting career and is eager to learn in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recording and processing vendor invoices and staff expense claims.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger entries.
• Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for advertising campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of client billing and collections.
• Track and report on campaign expenditures to ensure budget compliance.
• Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Collaborate with account managers to ensure financial data aligns with project deliverables.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Perform other administrative and accounting duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
