Job Description

Assistant Well versed in Excel Create and maintain a schedule and fixing appointments Shortlist and interview candidates as and when necessary Be ready to make short trips to banks and other official government locations to execute work. Follow up on the completion of item delivery, bills, printouts etc Knowledge of PF Accounting Maintain petty cash/cash meticulously and submit report every month Tally entries and accounting Cross-checking imprest settlements Prepare the expenditure/income report for Programs Reports/MIS Maintain MIS reports from various departments – Push the person responsible so that the reports are submitted on time Programs Active participation in setup and ownership of Programs run by the organisation Coordination Coordinate applications for events that happen from time to time and handle phone calls/emails regarding the same Other Asking for quotes for certain items based on need, and following up with delivery of the item Research work Documentation – schedules, leave calendar, and filing Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹312,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year Benefits: Commuter assistance Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred)
